Accountable for managing the Aviva Client Change Programme within Aviva Investors  Successfully created, managed and developed a team of 5 project managers. Lead the development and delivery of multiple new products for the Workplace and Advisory clients, one of which the £20bn+ Workplace default solution. Onboarded £5bn+ across of Wealth and Bulk Purchase Annuity increasing revenue by £2.5m p.a. Implemented fund rationalization programme reducing operating costs by £0.5m p.a.  Introduced a change management framework for the Aviva Client. Manage the Joint Change Committee and key input into the Strategic Prioritisation Group.

Instrumental in the onboarding of £65bn of assets to Aviva Investors resulting from the acquisition of Friends Life by Aviva.  Designed and gained Board approval for the investment strategy for Life, Pension and Insurance assets. Lead in the design and coordination of the asset transition strategy, liaising with Transition Managers, Portfolio Managers, Client and Independent Transition Oversight Manager. Development of the With Profit investment strategies (£28bn).  Design and development of DC investment strategy, including the build and launch of a new Tax Transparent Fund (TTF).

Primary accountability for Unit Linked investments across both UK and International group pension and investment platforms representing more than £60bn AUM covering some of the largest UK based schemes.  Successfully built, managed and developed a team of 10 building and maintaining a market-leading investment proposition and governance framework.  Key input into the revised strategy for £14.5bn of Unit Linked and With Profit assets – Investment strategy design. Responsible for design and management of Friends Life’s Auto Enrolment default strategy (£1bn+) Accountable for managing the investment oversight function. Developing and embedding an internal policy relating to risk management, investment and governance in addition to being a key member of the Unit Linked Investment Committee.  Representing the investment proposition and governance function at a senior level both within the organization and externally to trustees, investment committees and employee benefit consultants.
