Continued management in areas of employee contract, employee agreements, and employee litigation concerns. ● Working knowledge of USCIS and DOL immigration requirements as they relate to employee recruiting, hiring, immigration and naturalization processing, prevailing wage, LCA notifications, file retention, internal and outside legal counsel discussions, and more. ● Working knowledge of immigration matters relating to the premium processing, paperwork filings, and file retention requirements for employees entering in to, and currently enrolled in, the immigration process under the following lottery and visa programs: H-1B, H-4, F-1, J-1, O-1, B-1, CPR, TPS, PERM EB1, EB2, EB3, & EB4 preferences.● Working knowledge as it relates to auditing of USCIS Form I-9’s, USCIS E-Verify, and Tennessee Lawful Employment processes for employee and independent contractor-based contractor populations.● Continued growth and acquisition of additional business partner responsibilities across Information Technology, Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting, and Business Analytics, and Operations teams.● Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, TALEO ATS, Oracle HRMS, JIRA, SLACK, and ADP software systems.
