Monitor and maintain work request system, direct staff workflow, solicit outside bids for projects, order all parts and supplies needed by Facilities department; act as Systems Mechanic and Building Operator as needed.

Coordinate maintenance and repairs of facilities and equipment including boilers/chillers, pools/hot tubs, room repairs/remodels, kitchen/laundry appliances, etc. Inspect rooms and common areas and create work orders for needed repairs/upgrades; monitor work to ensure standards are maintained.

Perform major product resets and assure the highest merchandising standards are met at all times; maintain a safe and organized working environment; provide outstanding customer service at all times.

Provided first level support and training to all cashiers, appropriately resolve escalated customer concerns, assure that excellent customer service levels were maintained at all times, drive add-on sales and assure that in-store Credit Card application rates were maintained.
