With over seven years of work experience in various roles, I am a Project Manager at WSA-USA, LLC, a leading engineering and construction company. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and skills in customer relationship management (CRM) and team leadership. As a Project Manager, I work with clients, engineers, and contractors to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, on budget, and on quality. I also manage the communication, risk, and change management aspects of the projects, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and alignment. In my previous role as a Project Engineer, I contributed to the design, development, and testing of engineering solutions for complex problems. I also supported the Project Manager in coordinating and overseeing the project activities and resources. Before joining WSA-USA, LLC, I was a General Manager at I-15 Self Storage, where I oversaw the daily operations, sales, marketing, and customer service of the facility.
