Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to using technology to make a positive impact in the world. Beginning as an IT professional at Lexmark, I gained expertise in system administration and server infrastructure, preparing me for my next role as a Special Agent with the FBI.As an FBI agent, I investigated a wide range of criminal and national security computer intrusions, including those involving crimes against children. I led large-scale investigations that involved coordinating with international, state, and local law enforcement agencies, and providing incident response to victim companies. Additionally, I designed and led the development of the FBI's new case management system, which successfully transitioned the agency from paper to digital records management.Inspired to make a greater impact, I founded Kaseware, a SaaS company focused on investigations software. In this role, I have led the development of innovative software solutions that help organizations around the world streamline their investigative processes and achieve better outcomes. Under my leadership, Kaseware has become a trusted partner for organizations seeking to improve their security, compliance, and quality assurance.Throughout my career, I have been driven by a desire to make the world a safer place, and I have been fortunate to work with talented and passionate professionals who share this commitment. From my early days in IT to my current role as the President of Kaseware, I have remained focused on using technology to drive positive change in the world of investigations. I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and look forward to continuing to make a meaningful impact in this field.
