Over the course of my career, I have accumulated diverse experience, particularly in the auto glass industry. I began at Absolute Auto Glass, where I worked from July 2020 to July 2021 as an auto glass technician assistant. In this role, I assisted the primary technician with installing and repairing automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear glass. My tasks involved preparing vehicles by removing old adhesives, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring proper alignment and secure fitting of new glass. I also interacted with customers, providing information on the installation process and care instructions. This role honed my attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, deepening my understanding of the auto glass industry and developing valuable technical skills.After Absolute Auto Glass, I worked at Amazon from October 2021 to August 2022 as a grocery warehouse associate. My duties included fulfilling customer orders by picking groceries and placing them into numbered bags based on pick routes. I also helped stow inventory and break down pallets in the produce department. This role required handling items up to 70 pounds and working around 30 hours a week, which strengthened my organizational skills and physical stamina.Returning to the auto glass industry, I joined Safelite AutoGlass from August 2022 to July 2024 as the main auto glass technician. I was responsible for independently performing installations and repairs on various types of automotive glass, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. My role involved managing the entire process—from preparing vehicles and removing old glass to installing new glass and ensuring proper alignment. I also managed inventory, maintained tools and equipment, and provided customers with detailed information about the installation and care of their new glass. This position emphasized efficiency, precision, and superior customer service, further refining my expertise in auto glass.Throughout my career, I have developed a comprehensive skill set in auto glass installation and repair, inventory management, and organizational abilities.
