With over 25 years in the industry, Nathan’s unquestionable knowledge and in-depth level of experience is almost unprecedented in the development and construction industry. In the past 15 years alone, he has been responsible for some of the most prestigious residential developments in Australia, including leading the Project Management and Construction delivery of Lendlease Apartments national residential pipeline consisting of over 4,000 apartments, over nine projects and prior to this overseeing the prestigious 77 story ‘Soul’ residential and retail development on the Gold Coast on behalf of a syndicate of Institutional Financiers and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Also previously leading the project development delivery team on the redevelopment of Top Ryde City (previously Australia’s largest mixed use retail, residential and commercial development). Prior to embarking on a career in Development, Nathan spent 10 years in Construction, predominantly at Multiplex and Walker Corporation. In 2005, Nathan was appointed to the Board of Multiplex Developments Australia where he was responsible for the overall management and operation of the Multi-residential and land sub-division sectors in New South Wales.
