I am a high-performance focussed physiotherapist with a background in both clinical care and academic research. I am passionate about improving research based care for injured athletes and patients through private practice at Donnybrook Sports Medicine.I have completed multiple sports medicine training courses including a PhD at Trinity College Dublin from 2015 - 2019 and postdoctoral research fellowship at the University of Limerick in 2021.I have a wide variety of pitchside and competition based experience. I work with the Irish Rugby Football Union across U18, U20 and mens sevens teams. I also work with Leinster Rugby development teams from U16s to U20s and am currently the Lead Physio with Old Wesley RFC. I have previously worked with Irish Womens Hockey & Cricket and worked as a Senior Physio in-charge at the 2015 South East Asian Games, a 4000 athlete multisport event.

The games offered me an opportunity to work with athletes from multiple countries, and also see local Singaporean athletes in action following their rehabilitation with me at the Khoo Teck Puat Hospital Sports Medical Centre.
