I have extensive relevant experience in the warehousing and distribution industry, 10 years of which I have worked in a management role. In my experience, I have been responsible for managing a team and the overall daily operations of a warehouse.I have excellent leaderships skills, evident in my many years working in a supervisory and managerial role. This role has required me to coordinate and allocate deliveries, manage incoming and outgoing stock, ensure the highest quality standard of service and develop and uphold strong customer relations. I am able to communicate effectively with my team to ensure tasks are completed on time and in line with service expectations. I have been responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all employees in the warehouse and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols.
