Established in 2014, Ouwens Casserly is a dynamic & innovative property firm based in South Australia, specialising in residential sales, property management and project marketing.Nathan’s exceptional leadership skills, business acumen and industry experience has seen OC grow to a team that now employs more than 150 professionals, manages close to 4000 investment properties, and consistently sells more than 1200 homes a year.Deciding to enter real estate in 2007, after six years as a school teacher, Nathan has a Diploma of Management, Bachelor of Education and is a Graduate of the Institute of Company Directors. It is no surprise to hear that Nathan has an endless appetite for knowledge and inspires a ‘learn it all culture’ across the business and wider industry. He is often seen presenting at industry conferences and mentoring the next generation of real estate professionals, including his own team.Nathan thrives in fast paced environments such as the property market, and is known for his excellent communication skills, reliability, auctioneering, and for being a brilliant negotiator.
