One of the key elements of Busy Body was hostingregular DJ events and collaborating with restaurant partners to provide a comprehensive dining and entertainment experience. To make this vision a reality, I conducted thorough lease and market research to identify prevailing trends and opportunities in the Tacoma area. This research was crucial in shaping the concept and business model for Busy Body.One significant achievement was securing a contract with the City of Tacoma to run three performing arts centers, each with a capacity ranging from 300 to 2500 attendees. This partnership proved to be highly successful, grossing $750,000 annually and contributing to the vibrancy of the local arts scene. Additionally, I established a valuable partnership with Musang, a renowned restaurant, and led marketing initiatives to enhance Busy Body's reputation and increase customer engagement. Managing the permitting and construction processes was another critical aspect of the project, ensuring that Busy Body was completed on time and without costly delays. These efforts were instrumental in bringing Busy Body to life and making it a vibrant part of Tacoma's entertainment landscape.

One of the significant milestones was securing the 2023 Community Arts Projects grant funding from the Tacoma Arts Commission to establish a biannual 8-week youth songwriting program.
