* Lead and manage event operations for a team of 20 members, providing strategic oversight, guidance, and hands-on support to ensure the execution of high-impact events.* Proactively recruit, motivate, and direct a diverse group of student volunteers, fostering a cohesive and dedicated team to deliver exceptional support at community events.* Deliver comprehensive technical assistance to a network of 300+ seniors, addressing individual needs and empowering them to navigate modern technology confidently.* Build and nurture strong, lasting partnerships with senior center event directors across Fremont, Newark, Hayward, Union City, San Leandro, and Castro Valley, strengthening community engagement and collaboration.* Actively seek out and develop new relationships with additional community centers, expanding the organization’s reach and creating new opportunities to serve senior populations.
