I lead a team of highly trained professionals who primarily support our equipment and dealers across North America. My team routinely takes on international assignments too. Collectively we support hay and forage around the world for John Deere.

I am responsible for preparing the dealer and field channel systems to support new products in development. This includes but is not limited to service parts, publications, training, certification, dealer tools & software, integrated systems support, and transfer of product development knowledge into public knowledge.Since March 1, 2014 I have also been responsible for my field support team (4 members) which is providing specialized immediate reaction to customer field issues of hay & forage equipment across the entire US & Canadian market.

Responsible for the validation of technical specifications and performance in the field of new and current products in John Deere's hay and forage lineup. I also played a key role in the product development process by evaluating virtual models and design concepts with real-world knowledge and experience of crop flow, customer behaviors, and first hand experience. Also responsible for validating the performance of the machine was aligned with customer expectations. I led worldwide testing for one product line for 2.5 years and was a key participant in a global team to deliver a major product innovation to the market over a 4 year development program.

Responsible for field and lab validation of planting equipment and system designs. I designed, built, and ran lab tests including lifetime cycle durability, NVH, environmental testing, and functional testing.During field season I was responsible for complete functional units running on cooperators' farms. Responsible for educating customer/operator on machine operation and adjustment as well as 24/7 support of machine to gather maximum test hours in a season. I was also responsible for recording and analyzing any field failures or product deficiencies while the product was on customer test.During winter season responsible for remote test site management in the Phoenix, AZ area.
