This is Shao-En, Chen. I go by Nathan. Talkable and pro-active are what my colleagues always say if there is someone asking what kind of person I am. My major is Marketing Communication, graduated from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. Before I went to US, I was a wireless engineer working in Pegatron, an OEM/ODM manufacture in Taiwan for 2 years. I am currently working in a gaming VGA card company, Sapphire (in terms of sales number, it should be the biggest AMD discrete VGA partner) in charge of the product SPEC designing, schedule control, communicate with developing team, participating product design, software utilities, company website, marketing TAM research, E-Tailers price watch and analysis, production and regularly new product proposal, such as Mining and AI related applications. To put that differently, I need to take care a lot of things for my daily work since the company is basically a flat organization. As to the skills I have, I am specialized in collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards. Communicating with people, marketing strategy leveraging and I do know what our end customers need as well as how to present real-wanted products to them. For sure, all I've done was based on the marketing research, big data analysis, or regional sales representatives' feedback. I hopefully have a chance to talk more to you if you are interested.
