Lead and coordinate with colleague to reduce inventory in IDC from $20 million US dollars to $15 million in 6 months, while maintaining the store in-stock at 97.5% (target 96%).- Initiate order-projection project and provide order quantities with suppliers over the next 3 months within +/-20% variance. Reduce lead time by 10 days with no delayed shipment. - Conduct bi-weekly communication/conference call with US replenishment team and US merchandising partner to identify the business opportunities in operation, exception management and process realignment.- Present to sourcing team and buyers on suppliers’ performance, opportunities and selection.- Proactively test the new ordering tool with new mindset.
