Oversaw IT Integration Program of a $200M multinational acquisition (Nearly 1000 employees) in 10 locations spanning globe. Carve-out and integrated key business applications, including SAP ERP, CRM, PLM, QA and Manufacturing Execution System. Was responsible for project planning, budget controlling and implementation. Was leading the business structure re-modeling and business process re-design; Implemented and integrated new business process on to II-VI business application platforms. Supported a smoothly transition with high customer satisfactions.

Involved keeping IS steering committee and II-VI Board of Directors informed on the progress of business application platform selection and implementation project. -Led an IT organization of 32 staffs in supporting 2000+ users in global manufacturing. -Administered a $1 million operating and $4 million capital IT budget fiscal yearly -Integrated division IT with II-VI corporate IT organization with a Federal management model. -Managed Project Management Office.

Was leading a shared service team of 8 staffs in supporting three manufacturing sites with more than 1000 employees; Started over the LAN/WAN construction and Server systems implementation. Deployed ERP and Manufacturing Execution solutions. Deployed Sarbanes Oxley 404 requirements on Business applications.

 Was starting from technical support expert in supporting pre-sale activities , presented technical solution to over 50 customers  Represent Aljoin in various forums and exhibitions. Gathered product improvement advice from various customers and translated to development team. Developed and operated test plan and test activities of new software release.

Was responsible for Kingdee accounting software implementation and small scale infrastructure building.
