• Responsible for overseeing short to long term Pilot training strategy in support of coverage planning, providing efficient and cost-effective solutions.• Continuous analysis of staffing models to ensure training plan is in alignment with commercial, operational, and business needs.• Chair regular meetings to provide insight on crew staffing related trends, performance measures, opportunities, and potential issues.• Assist with establishment of training targets to develop training/recruitment plans as required. Ensure new hires are properly accounted for in long term plan and that forecasted training is sufficient based on the Commercial schedule requirements. • Run what-if scenarios, optimized and non-optimized, to simulate potential impact of training variations, such as changes to schedules, training availability, pilots availability. Analyze potential cost to business through analysis of prospective changes and propose adjustment to minimize costs.
