Inventory and Inspection of the RIDOT’s MS4 drainage system for attribute, operations, and/or environmental condition in accordance with the EPA Consent Decree and Appendices.II. Discharge monitoring, investigations of RIDOT outfalls and MS4 drainage system to find/verify/determine any illicit.
