I guide clients on proactive steps to reduce litigation risk and improve compliance posture on subjects including Affirmative Action and OFCCP Compliance; Pay Equity; Diversity & Inclusion; Non-Discrimination; and Workforce Change, including restructurings and reductions-in-force. Through regular counselling, proactive audit preparation, and periodic monitoring, I identify potential compliance risks and provide actionable guidance to resolve the risks before they turn into an issue during an OFCCP Audit or lead to a lawsuit or administrative charge. I also defend employers in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies, provide audit support for government contractors undergoing OFCCP compliance audits, and conduct workplace investigations and audits of internal workplace concerns, including pay equity complaints.The state-of-the-art, highly customized work product I provide to each client is tailored to the client’s business and needs and is designed to ease the burden on in-house personnel and to provide clear and readable guidance that can be implemented throughout the organization. As part of audit preparation and compliance monitoring, I design and conduct statistical analyses of clients’ workforces, compensation systems, and personnel processes, and provide interpretation and recommendations to address any areas of concern.I assist clients in broad range of industries and of varying sizes, from Fortune 500 companies and other household names (including the world's largest package delivery company, multiple global pharmaceutical companies, two global food companies, and several major energy and utility companies) to institutes of higher learning (including Ivy League universities, leading research universities, and the largest private university in the United States), to dynamic, small organizations (including several technology and software companies) and non-profit institutions.
