With nearly 30 years in the QA, QE and Software Delivery fields, I am currently a QA leader at KinderCare Education, the largest provider of early childhood education in the US. I lead teams of QA/QE and Automation engineers and release managers who ensure the quality, reliability, and security of the software products and services that support the learning and development of over 200,000 children and families. I have expertise in team-building, Agile methodologies, and software delivery, and I use these skills to help design, implement, and optimize Quality and release processes and tools. I constantly collaborate with cross-functional teams: product, development, operations, PMO and customer support, to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the end-users. I am passionate about creating a culture of fun, humor, excellence, predictability, innovation, and collaboration within my team and the organization, and I am always committed to advocating and advancing the mission of predictable, timely software delivery.
