The Wests Tigers are a professional rugby league club that competes in the National Rugby Leaguecompetition. As Foundation & Community Manager my role included generating revenue(donations, corporate sponsorship & government grants), client/account services, and creating,designing, and implementing community programs and engagements. Every foundation is structuredslightly differently, and I recorded a podcast episode with a sponsor that further explores WestsTigers Foundation and my role. Responsibilities and skills developed:● Leadership – Managing a cross functional team.● Strategy development – Ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of the Foundation. Included, the development of a three-year strategy, redefining the Foundation purpose, driving multiple revenue source, customer engagement plan, and stakeholder buy in.● Relationship management – building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, donors, sponsors etc.● Verbal and written communication – day to day, my role requires effective communication both internally and externally, written and verbal.

Incremental is a sales and marketing agency based in the North-West suburbs of Sydney. Incremental has three key pillars, Loyalty programs, Incentive solutions and Digital strategy & execution. As Digital Account Manager, I work alongside a team of digital experts to develop all-encompassing digital solutions to drive client objectives. Our campaigns utilise a range of digital channels to deliver bespoke digital solutions.

Helloprint is an e-commerce company that sells printed products all over Europe and the UK. I started my journey at Helloprint as a Customer Service Agent but stepped into my role as Account Manager shortly after commencing. My role was to manage relationships with our key accounts. These included print professionals as well as suppliers.
