As a Data Center Technician at Google, I am responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the global server operations. I work with a team of technicians to ensure the reliability and availability of the network infrastructure and cloud services that power Google's products and platforms. I have acquired multiple certifications from CompTIA and Cisco to enhance my technical skills and knowledge in networking and cloud technologies.Prior to joining Google, I worked for nearly six years at Stanly Community College as a Computer Support Specialist and a Network Infrastructure Administrator. I managed the helpdesk operations, provided hardware and software support, and performed various tasks as needed. I also supported a variety of on-premises and cloud-based services, user setup and file security, and patch management. I contributed to the advanced troubleshooting and threat detection and remediation of the network systems. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to improve the efficiency and security of the IT environment. My goal is to leverage my experience and education to pursue a career in data center engineering and cloud computing.
