I was responsible for setting up and implementing the marketing and letting strategy for the quoted group which held a 3 million sq ft commercial and industrial portfolio, across all locations within the UK. I was also responsible for delivery of a number of new build development and refurbishment projects from within the groups existing portfolio.

I began as graduate surveyor within the group’s development team. This resulted in experience in development, management and lettings / marketing teams. I was then offered a new position in the New Business Team that reported to the Chief Executive. My time in this team was dominated by the £57m acquisition of Farnborough Business Park and the due diligence that went with it.

I worked here for the year between A levels and University to raise funds for my further education.
