Assistant Project Manager for The Church By The Sea; a 3 story mixed use church, community center, and retail space, including 75,000 sqft structure with 8,600 sqft of retail at the ground level, complete with sanctuary, vaulted ceiling, recording studio, dance room, multipurpose rooms, lounge area, administrative offices, parking, and back of house areas.

Project Manager for Miami Parking Authorities 4th Avenue Corridor Parking Lot; an on-street parking area in the Public Right of Way that stretches from 54th Street to 57th Street, including both parallel and slant in parking stalls, designed to service surrounding residential apartments. Complete with new drainage system, concrete sidewalks, curbs, and gutters, asphalt, striping, signage, lighting, and landscaping.

Project Manager for Miami Parking Authorities Liberty City Surface Parking Lot; a 10,000 sqft municipal parking area with slant in parking stalls, designed to service surrounding residents, and businesses. Complete with new drainage system, concrete sidewalks, curbs, and gutters, turf block pavers, asphalt, striping, signage, lighting, and landscaping.

Full time project estimator at KVC Constructors main offices. Was responsible for composing bid scoping, and composing bid presentations & estimates. I was involved in estimating for a number of projects in all categories including but not limited to commercial, residential, recreational, and government.

Full time project engineer for the construction of the 8 story Wynwood DS Parking Garage. The Wynwood Garage boasts 7 levels of parking, 20,000 sqft of ground floor retail space, and 30,000 sqft of 8th floor, and complete perforated architectural facade as designed by Faulders Studios. I was responsible for documentation control, subcontractor coordination, and permit processing.

Full time project engineer for the construction of the 3 story Institute of Contemporary Art Miami. The ICA boasts nearly 15,000 sqft of gallery space, corrugated aluminum cladding, and a beautiful outdoor courtyard neighboring Miami's Buena Vista Neighborhood. I was responsible for documentation control, subcontractor coordination, and permit processing.

Full time design engineer responsible for the integration of multiple disciplines in the new product development process. I was responsible for maintaining focus on achievement of program costs, quality and timing requirements, in addition to ensuring manufacture-ability, structural integrity, functionality, and serviceability. We developed CAD models for tooling construction and construction details such as lamination schedules for FRP parts. I also coordinated the development of drawings and specifications for materials and component parts, worked with sourcing and suppliers as needed, and even provided support to development and testing of prototype boats.

Served as a Contract Design Engineer for Small Boats Design Team. Worked in junction with other designers and engineers to develop and prototype fiberglass parts for new models ranging from 16 to 35 ft in length.

Interdisciplinary team of FRP experts worked closely through the design and engineering phases of specialty marine projects. After design completion, CAD files were sent to the milling and manufacturing teams where tooling construction and plug lamination begins. Products range from boats of all sizes and styles, to aircraft simulators and wind turbine components. I was also responsible for supporting the manufacturing floor with necessary guidance thru mold construction, and prototype construction.

I worked in close collaboration with customers to develop design solutions for consumer goods and services, as well as business model development, branding, and graphic design.I worked in collaboration with individual entrepreneurs to conducted user research, develop concepts, refine designs, produce models and renderings, and patent drawings.I experienced great success in the marine industries. Specifically, I worked with Deep Impact Power Boats to develop concepts models, and create renderings of new models for marketing material in social media and at the FTL 2012 Boat Show. I also worked closely with the owners of Midnight Express Powerboats to develop cad models and renderings of concept models for marketing use in social media and at the FTL 2012 Boat Show.

I worked with an interdisciplinary product development team from the Carnegie Mellon University Product Development Department to create semi-truck features for Brazilian markets, specifically to address gear shifting and fuel efficiency.
