I have had the opportunity to experience many different job positions in various fields and meet exceptional people. Food industry as a teen opened doors to my job in the automotive industry. I was able to broaden my skills; parallel processing, conflict resolution, and time management. During my time in the automotive industry I handled product worth tens of thousands of dollars. Entrusted to take product off site to service and maintain.Life changing events brought me back home and out of the workforce. I utilized this time to pursue my degree and home school my (at the time) young children. Juggling the demands of being an at home parent, home school my children, and completing my Bachelors degree full time simultaneously was a challenge. Since graduating, I still home school my children. I volunteer my time as a board member for a local non-profit. As a board member I handle a multitude of jobs. This requires me to be flexible in problem solving and learn things as needed. I feel like I am capable of identifying people's strengths and conforming myself to maximize their strengths and fulfill a support role as needed. However, I am not adverse to stepping in as a lead if the need arises. I have received leadership training and utilize that training regularly.
