I try to focus on end-user satisfaction when working with a singular company with so many end users to keep customer relations positive with Marco.

I work together with high school students to improve AP PHYS exam scores & Physics SAT scores. This leads to more earned college credits, larger scholarship amounts, and preferred university acceptance results.I also help undergraduate students prepare for the MCAT, supplement their physics & engineering courses, and cover advanced physics topics which may show up in their other various graduate programs.

My responsibilities included managing time & resources, instructing other employees with specific detail-oriented information, communicating with customers on a daily basis, and problem solving whenever an issue occurred (such as fixing and managing equipment on the spot).

I instructed an algebra-based physics lecture and lab which covered topics in thermodynamics, electromagnetism, light, wave motion, and modern physics.

I worked on developing functioning testing chambers (involves operating a high-vacuum pump system, temperature monitoring system, high voltage, data transferring) for photo-multiplier tubes and silicon photo-multipliers to use in developing novel detectors for scintillator-based experiments in nuclear physics and astrophysics. This involves everything from research and development, simulations, detector construction, to managing a lab space.Also, I instructed a virtual astronomy lab. The glaringly outdated software used was infuriating and was a turning point for me wanting to become a better educator.

I worked with students of varying levels of understanding in physics through one-on-one and group sessions to better their understanding of the basics of physics. Also, I participated in judging the applicants who became the next year's tutors.
