Youth Program Leader. Creating and implementing a recreational program within a certain set of themes, and to aid children and youth in their development. Certain responsibilities of the job were dealing with suicide or other disclosures from vulnerable youth and tasked with the creation of a young program, creating and working within a strict budget whilst being a leader of a team underneath me during my time there.
