Growing up, I wanted to be like my Dad. If my Dad was interested in bikes, I became interested in bikes. If he was interested in cars, I became interested in cars. If he was helping people, I wanted to help people. I would also push myself and others to achieve our goals. That is how I knew I wanted to help manage and lead people to succeed.At 15 years old, I took the initiative to go and get my coaching license to become a USA BMX coach. As a coach, I have helped riders new and experienced, young and old, accomplish goals that they set for themselves by providing them the tools to succeed on and off the track. Through my coaching experience, I have learned time management skills, how to manage people, and to communicate effectively. Coaching has given me the knowledge I need to help manage and lead people to success. During my time as an employee at American Door and Supply, I led projects and collaborated with leaders to collect and deliver material to our customers. I enjoyed using my problem-solving skills and communication skills to carry out and complete orders.You will find me finding ways to improve my skills, help people and organizations accomplish their goals, and learn new things that will help me and the business that I am apart of succeed in the future.
