Currently developing skills and experience within managing a restaurant with the intention of eventually working myself up to being the General manager/owner of my own venue.Previous experience before reaching a management level includes all things corporate hospitality, e.g. Waitering(3 seasons) , food and drinks running(3 seasons), general front of house support(3 seasons), bartending(6 years), ect.Further developed skills since reaching a management level, chef training, holding a section in a fully functioning kitchen, prep to company individual specifications, training within an authentic stone baked pizza kitchen (prepping and cooking pizzas),Work and experience outside of corporate hospitality includes, outdoor education, (worked a season at PGL Liddington as an activity instructor/Group leader) where I gained national British cycling level 1 and received company specific training on climbing apparatus
