I currently work within the Performance Pathway Programs and Operations and Participation and Events departments at Snow Australia, where I play a key role in advancing the organisation's snow-sports development initiatives. My main responsibilities focus on handling event planning and execution for on-snow and off-snow events, alongside event registrations and promotional activities. Along with this I oversee the ‘Little Shredders’ participation program and manage the operations of our Water Ramp facility. My role extends to improving snow sports discipline-specific communication, website development, and structuring and improving our digital presence, from this, I have developed proficiency in the Microsoft Suite. I regularly interact with a diverse group of stakeholders, including athletes, coaches, snow sports clubs, their representatives, and parents. This dynamic interaction has honed my stakeholder management and communication skills. My ability to undertake multiple jobs in an environment I am passionate about has reflected my commitment to contribute significantly to the growth and success of our sports programs and operations.
