Primary school teacher. This is a career change from my previous roles in food microbiologicaly, chemistry and manufacturing.Food Technology graduate with a 2.1 classification, with relevant work experience in food/water testing, veterinary sample testing, food safety and quality control (Raw and ready to eat product). Completed and obtained Level 3 food safety for supervisors and level 2 Health and Safety in the work place and level 3 HACCP. Good mixture of practical work experience and education within the food production, food testing industry including bacteriology and yeast and moulds testing on food and environmental samples. completed a placement within two companies in both food chemistry and food microbiology. As well as a working knowledge of Microsoft office packages, HACCP, COSHH and ISO standards for microbiological sampling of food and water as well as knowledge of UKAS and BRC accreditation.
