I have a number of years of experience in customer support, technical application development and project management. I also developed a business designed for part time work called Rent A Nerd, in which he would educate users in their home settings on aspects of their computer, as well as general hardware and software troubleshooting. Positive word-of-mouth in our small community about my work as Rent A Nerd led to an opportunity with DR DAS, where I am currently enjoying employment.I graduated from the Bradford School in Columbus Ohio with a 3.9 GPA and was subsequently hired by AVV, Inc. In my capacity there as a production programmer, I was able to create software that enabled AVV to provide better customer support by unifying the platform upon which customized scripts were created via a VB6 application. This application also increased customer satisfaction by reducing new customer set-up time from 3 hours to about 30 minutes. I was honored to receive an employee of the month award for this work.I was happy to join DR DAS in January 2008 and I began performing training sessions in November that year. As a programmer and customer support person, I have admittedly benefited from the wide array of knowledge imparted upon me by both DR DAS and its large customer network. It has been a true pleasure to learn from this community of impressive technicians, scientists and data analysts - who all happen to be quite friendly people. My sincere goal is to continue working hard for this community to provide quality service on quality products offered by DR DAS to this quality community.
