Working for clients across multiple domains I have been a part of the System Test, Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, Cut-over Verification Test and Post Verification Test phases of software delivery including testing of various complex web sites (Online Store and Authentication systems) and testing across mobile devices including iOS (iPhone/iPad) Android Phones and Tablets, and Windows Phone devices.

Providing IT Support internally to around 120 staff members. Investigating and providing training to staff for new software in an effort to increase efficiency and ease of the software for the staff. Creating and maintaining internal and offsite data backups.

1 year of level 2 support for ADSL and PSTN services within Australia, ensuring all calls are resolved on first contact, or escalating where necessary. 1 year of Faults and Provisioning of services, submitting and monitoring requests to the wholesaler for new ADSL and PSTN services, reporting and tracking issues on ADSL and PSTN services with the wholesaler after ensuring that all troubleshooting has been done on the customer side.

My role in this position was to ensure that issues and requests with the customers machines where resolved with highest quality and shortest turn-over time. Ensuring stock levels were maintained and forecasted. Designing promotions and bundle deals to allow upsell opportunities. At times there were other staff members in the company that I could delegate jobs to.
