During my time here at Safelite Solutions I had the opportunity to work on a multitude of different projects centered around data analysis. A significant portion of my work involved building detailed Excel spreadsheets using data pulled from Salesforce to both analyze trends as well as support strategic business decisions. Other Projects I worked on revolve around maintaining clean and reliable data for Safelite Solutions. This included identifying and correcting inaccuracies as well as removing duplicate entries in the data to create datasets that are both accurate and actionable. This helped the company improve the quality of its analysis and promote accurate insights into customer service metrics and sales performance.
