I am a Junior at Michigan State University pursuing a bachelor's degree in management. I am honing my skills in team management, time management, and communication. In my recent role with Snow Scholars, I successfully managed a diverse team of individuals I recruited to distribute promotional flyers throughout East Lansing. This experience not only strengthened my leadership abilities but also enhanced my skills in team management and effective communication. I learned to navigate challenges and accommodate tight deadlines, ensuring our goals were met efficiently.I enjoy projects that require collaboration, and I believe that effective teamwork is essential for achieving success.
