As a Shipper at Donley Auctions I have learned a lot about the importance of customer service as they are our income. So I understand the importance of making sure people are happy and satisfied so that they keep coming back. I have to adapt to new items to pack and overcome how to pack and get somewhere safely. But at this job I do not only ship I also help to move and organize the inventory we have and make sure we account for everything. I also do a lot with the computers including Troubleshooting tech problems, Downloading and uploading information to websites, and finding out new and better ways to improve our company. Finally the biggest part was putting everything together on Auction Days to make sure all the tech and computers were ready for the big day and overseeing everything was good to go.Some achievements in this company are* Adequately running and setting over 10 Auctions* Successfully Shipping and Packing over 500 items* Solved a problem with downloading information after an auction

I worked at Walgreens for a little more than a year and during that time I learned a lot about the Customer service and making sure they were satisfied at all times. During this job I spent most of my time either Cashiering or Stocking shelves and doing warehouse work all while helping customers. This job was my first real job experience and built the foundation for what I do know. I learned very quickly that this was not a typical 9-5 job and that things were always changing. This lead for me to experience new things like learning to provide excellent customer care, make sure the store was presentable at all times, and be ready for what to do in emergencies. Overall This experience as my first built the foundations that I think everyone needs to learn in order to become a better worker and person.Some acheivements are: * Leaving hundreds of people happy and satisfied with my customer service * Successfully meeting inventory and stocking deadlines * Kept the store and warehouse clean and presentable at all times
