Create internal guidelines for events for the AJC in effort to standardize certain processes. Continually evaluate successes and shortfalls of all planned events and adjusts efforts as needed. Work closely with business leaders to establish subscription activation goals around our event strategy as a whole, as well as each individual event. Work with analytics teams to understand audience metrics, subscriber gains and activations around each event. Create post-event reports for senior management. Lead, empower and motivate our events team of freelance producers, technicians and coordinators who provide logistical and technical support. Develop event feedback surveys to better understand audiences. Collaborate with revenue teams to oversee relationships with event partners, including corporate sponsors and local non-profits, making sure partner needs are met.
