I am grateful for everything I have been able to experience so far through my position as an Installation Technician at EverSpring. I have developed a great deal of appreciation for the true meaning of hard work after understanding how physically demanding this position can be. My position at The Granite Group was as a Warehouse Merchandise Associate. Within this role, my primary task was to revamp and reorganize the items in our showroom. My purpose in this position was to strategically locate inventory items after a thorough assessment of the showroom presence to better catch the eyes of our customers. Some of my other responsibilities within this role included answering customer calls regarding product inquiries and order statuses, revising inventory systems upon item relocation, and approving item transfer requests between branches. I truly appreciate my job at The Granite Group because it allowed me to put my organizational and detail-oriented tendencies to strong use. I was given a great deal of freedom to make necessary decisions in this role. This position taught me exceptional customer service skills that I will continue to utilize as I navigate future endeavors in my career.
