I was also extremely fortunate to train in Parfums Christian Dior Head Office, Paris, and meet the Perfumer, Francois Demachy. I was lucky enough to also visit his laboratory where the fragrances are created, to see how much time and effort goes into the creation of one perfume. These experiences translated into stories which I relayed to the customers daily, which indicates the level of care Dior puts into its products, and also how far ahead it is as a Luxury Couture Fragrance House.ROLE•To achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets which enable business growth year upon year.•Responsible for reporting my sales figures monthly so Head Office can review my individual performance.•To implement the Dior standard of selling and be fluent in the art of link selling. This not only increases sales but also my Average Transaction Unit and Average Transaction Value.•CRM Ambassador.
