I worked at Baylor University on a research project to improve non-destructive evaluation techniques and failure prediction for composites. Our lab also provided ISO 17025 accredited testing services for materials testing and imaging. My primary responsibilities included:• Oversaw manufacturing of over 125 composite panels, data acquisition, and data analysis ensuring FAA certification for an ultrasound scanning device in a 6-million-dollor industry contract• Prepared over 3000 pages of documentation including operating procedures, quality control forms, and final reports in accordance with FAA regulations• Developed and executed test plans for $100k+ of contracts, performing non-destructive, mechanical, and thermal testing• Trained 30+ new users on testing systems and advanced lab equipment• Designed and built fixtures and inspection systems using SolidWorks, machine shop tools, and 3D printers• Wrote codes for data acquisition and analysis using MATLAB, Python, and LABVIEW

I worked at Antioch Community Church in Waco, TX as an administrator for our worship department. I have lots of experience in AV, keyboards, music theory, sound design/synthesis, small electronics repair, and audio recording/editing as well as organization, technology, and communication. My primary responsibilities included:- Scheduled 100+ volunteers across 10+ weekly services- Oversaw recording and release of 8 albums while more than doubling streaming- Managed the department’s budget, purchasing and inventory- Maintained copyright compliance for services, streaming, and recordings- Repaired broken electronics equipment- Edited audio and video- Helped design, build and set up stages/AV systems for new venues- Planned events, conferences, and trainings
