Founded in 2013, Classic Capital helps car collectors grow their collections through unique & financially beneficial loan products.He is also a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer (NMLS #2085822) & Real Estate Agent (CalDRE #02122105) under Think Mortgage, a LendingTree wholesale brokerage, where he helps buyers & sellers with real estate needs on the side on weekends.Born & raised in Northeast Ohio, he is a BSBA graduate of The Ohio State University. There, he was the #1 lead caller at the Ohio State Calling Center, raising $33,519 for OSU in one year by cold calling alumni. After college, he moved cross-country to chase his dream of living and working in Los Angeles.Nathan’s first role on the West Coast was with Paycom Software, where he hit 170% of quota. He then completed a real estate internship with a Coldwell Banker Beverly Hills team before transitioning to the lending side of real estate. Nathan was then able to link his lending experience and love for cars together in his current role with Classic Car Capital. Beyond his passions for personal development & genuine human connection, Nathan has a passion for people, exotic cars, and giving back. Nathan enjoys going back and speaking to his high school entrepreneurship class when he is in town, and actively mentors several students from the class.He credits his family vacation to LA at age 16 & his dream of exotic car ownership for inspiring him to leave Ohio and take a few risks out west. Nathan resides in Beverly Hills - you can find him driving to Malibu every Sunday morning via the Pacific Coast Highway.
