About Nathan Ernest Ince

I am a mechanical engineer with experience in the Oil and Gas industry, specifically with regards to the mechanical design and code compliance review of pressure equipment. I have significant experience in design, 3D modelling and mechanical draughting (manufacturing drawings and weld maps) of pressure equipment and piping. I have experience in ASME codes, the PER, BS Codes, SANS standards as well as the various API standards. I work very well under pressure, I am willing to learn and open to new work experiences and environments. I am able to work with individuals from all levels within a company. I consider myself a problem solver and enjoy a challenge. I have the ability to integrate and work within a multidisciplinary team but I am also capable of driving my own deliverables to ensure that project integrity is maintained and production targets are protected. I am currently working at TCO in Kazakhstan as part of the maintenance team (manager of the on-line leak sealing team).
