➤ Initially came onboard as Leads Manager in 2018, converted prospective customer inbound calls to sales appointments, to then being promoted to Project Manager in 2019 and advancing to Senior Project Manager later that year.➤ Worked with customers, team members including engineers, product/installation management, order entry, or logistics, and relevant external parties to ensure the successful and timely execution of project management obligations.➤ Managed customer relationships including resolving any service issues by negotiating resolutions to issues causing delays in the installation of solar systems or replacing system components while keeping management abreast of status.➤ Worked collaboratively with internal/external resources in various disciplines to determine priorities and work plans.➤ Managed walk down of planned work, validated acceptance of completed work to design requirements, approved contractor payment requests, and oversaw commissioning activities to meet objectives with available resources.➤ Coordinated plan submittals and revisions to jurisdictions, verified procedures, equipment, and resource allocations to avoid conflicts, and led project meetings with customers and internally during installations and commissioning.➤ Determined site-specific requirements including labor, local AHJ requirements, safety requirements, utility interconnection, and permit costs as well as reviewed drawings and set up an execution plan with operations.➤ Worked with Product or Sales Management, and Application Engineers to generate required field information.➤ Developed and negotiated sub-contractor and engineering agreements including safety plans, schedules, and scopes of work to fulfill project requirements, and ensured project completion within scheduled timeframes and budgets.
