My objectives were to gain a 360° view of the organisation of an open-air hotel and to assist the manager in carrying out and supervising tasks before and during the opening period.- Eco-responsible initiatives: Replacement of thousands of flyer by a book of activities, stopping the distribution of paper programmes and creation of a notice board adopted by 4 other campsites in the group and replacement of disposable cups with reusable ones- Introduction of a lively fast check-in that is much appreciated by guests- A new strategy for the sale of goodies by setting up a stand close to the events to attract potential buyers. The growth in sales led to a stockout of key products- Management: pre-selection interview of potential entertainers, organisation and distribution of cleaning tasks on "busy" weekends- Reception: taking bookings and assisting customers in the Vendée strategic centre, which includes the managers of 7 campsites, check-in and check-out, ensuring that the stay runs smoothly and that holidaymakers are correctly invoiced- Cleaning: quality control of cleaning, cleaning of mobile homes and common areas- Community management- Setting up and participating in activities- Sending daily reports to the head office on the progress of the installation of three new water slides This training for the job of hotel manager enabled me to assimilate all the jobs in the hotel industry and to acquire a variety of skills alongside the management, reception, cleaning and maintenance departments. -
