Manage IT issues and service requests to resolution across the entire IT infrastructure stack, including PCs, laptops, servers, backups, printers, networks, cameras, workstations, vendor hardware and software support.• Provide Level 2 support for local employees, including Executives and Trading Desk for IT Infrastructurerelated issues• Manage IT issues and service requests to resolution• Troubleshoot problems in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user training as required• Install, diagnose, repair, maintain and upgrade systems hardware, software and related equipment to ensure optimal performance• Application Support: provide support to end users about how to use software applications to fulfill business objectives• Work as part of the wider Global IT Infrastructure team on global projects.• Meet Service Level Agreements and Helpdesk/Desktop Support related Key Performance Indicators (KPI)• Coordinate cross functional IT changes between internal users, executives, development teams, andoutsourcing providers• Utilize (Auto Task) internal HelpDesk Ticketing System

•Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and remotely for the following technologies: Windows OS based end points (Laptops, Desktops & Thin Clients), Tablets, and Microsoft Office•Ensure the functionality of all PC devices•Working with Service Desk ticketing system.•Collaborate with other IT departments on assigned projects and issues. •Provide end-user technological support for computer and LAN related issues•Setup, deploy, and maintain all end-user machines
