Developed this new role, managing forecasting and capacity planning, consulting with business leaders and optimizing service performance through data analytics and continuous improvement. Created forecasting model that produced an average forecast variance of 1%, and implemented a capacity planning model that resulted in annual cost savings over $1 million. Prior to that, served as Sr. Business Management Analyst and introduced detailed analytics and an interactive, self-service reporting tool to deliver data-driven planning and decisions.

Leveraged data analyses to provide market intelligence insights and deliver growth. Recommended product and marketing strategies to clients based on business intelligence. Previously, served as Statistical Forecasting Analyst and created statistical forecasting and SQL reporting.
