Supervised, trained and maintained 3-4 rifleman under hazardous, stressful situations involving live fire ranges, handling and deploying explosives, being able to make precise decisions in order to locate, close with, and destroy enemy. While being able to keep myself and the lives of 3-4 others safe while achieving mission accomplishment. I learned alot about how to be a leader and how to teach people the right and wrong ways of being a leader.
