In my current area of responsibility, Staffing and Training, I am responsible for the selection and interviewing process for our restaurant. From contacting the potential team members to schedule interviews to giving orientations once hired. I write the schedules for the restaurant team members as well. I also lead the training process and lead classes to develop our team and help each team member grow as an individual and as a restaurant. I am also responsible for the daily running of the operations of the restaurant.
