My professional journey has been characterised by a steadfast commitment to public service and a passion for contributing to the safety and well-being of communities. My career began in the private security sector from 2012 to 2017 where I amassed valuable experience until 2016. It was during this time that I decided to embark on a new path by becoming a volunteer Police Officer with Warwickshire Police, a role I dedicated six years to. This experience served as a pivotal moment in my career, solidifying my desire to pursue a career in policingAs a volunteer Police Officer at the rank of Special Constable, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in the day-to-day operations of Warwickshire Police, gaining firsthand experience in responding to Emergency calls, engaging with local communities and supporting the police force in various capacities. It was during this period that I realised my passion lay in Policing.In 2017, I transitioned to a role with West Midlands Police, where I continued to expand my skill set and expertise across various departments. Working within a dynamic and fast-paced environments, I have been involved in managing critical incidents, managing pursuits, analysing intelligence to inform decision-making, and developing strategies to effectively respond to incidents. My experiences in these diverse roles have provided me with a multifaceted perspective and a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of Police operations.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to continuous learning and personal development, always seeking opportunities to enhance my skills and knowledge base.As I look to the future, I am excited about the prospect of continuing my journey in policing, contributing my expertise and dedication to the important work of ensuring public safety and security.
