Charged with accountability for coordinating Mechanical HVAC Systems as part of a Design-Build Construction Contract, including interpreting structural and architectural drawings and identifying potential installation problems. Meet with owners to gather project requirements and outline scope of work along with determining budgeting and scheduling parameters. Utilize Carrier “HAP”, Trane “Trace” load calculation software to run analysis and use BIM technology to conduct / manage coordination process. Create state permit plans and develop construction set of documents used for fabrication and installation of Mechanical Systems. Troubleshoot fabrication errors, including software communication, machine failure, and incorrect processing.- Closely collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including Architects, Structural Designers, and Electrical Designers, to define the scope of work and ensure timely project deliverables. - Effectively manage cradle-to-grave project lifecycles on small, medium and large complex projects, including controlling and optimizing projects. - Perform risk management functions, manage change requests, formulate action plans, monitor quality, and ensure timely project completion. - Selected by senior management to train associates in software functionality of estimation, design/detailing, and fabrication.
